These terms apply when you sell, trade, or consign a watch to The Corsa Collection ("we," "us"). By submitting a sell, trade, or consignment request, you agree to these terms.

Seller Warranties

When you offer a watch for sale, trade, or consignment, you warrant that:

• You have clean title to the watch and the right to sell it.
• The watch is not stolen, counterfeit, or encumbered by any lien or loan.
• The watch is genuine and authentic as described.
• You have disclosed any modifications, aftermarket parts, refinishing, polishing, or service work that is not original to the watch.
• The information and photos you provide are accurate and complete.

ID Verification

Before we complete a purchase or accept a consignment, we will verify your identity using a government-issued ID. This protects against fraud and stolen-property trafficking. You agree to provide valid identification when requested.

Valuations

Any valuation or estimate we provide — whether in writing, by email, by phone, or through our website — is non-binding and preliminary until we have inspected the watch in hand. Our final offer may differ from the preliminary estimate based on the watch's actual condition, authenticity, market factors, and in-hand inspection.

Consignment Terms

When you consign a watch to us:

• Commission: We charge a commission of % of the final sale price, deducted from your settlement.
• Reserve pricing: You may set a reserve price (minimum sale price). If the watch does not sell at or above the reserve, it will be returned to you.
• Custody and risk of loss: While your watch is in our possession, it is stored in a secure, insured facility. We carry insurance covering the consigned watch at the agreed value. Risk of loss while in our custody is borne by us.
• Marketing rights: You grant us the right to photograph, list, market, and display the watch for sale on our website and through other channels.
• Settlement: After the watch sells and the buyer's funds clear, we will settle with you within 7 business days. Settlement is the sale price less our commission and any agreed costs.
• Return of unsold watch: If the watch does not sell within the agreed consignment period, or if you end the consignment, we will return the watch to you at our expense.
• No undisclosed fees: We do not charge hidden or undisclosed fees. All costs are disclosed in writing before you consign.
• Ownership: Ownership of the watch remains with you, the consignor, until the watch is sold to a buyer. We act as your agent in the sale.

Right to Authenticate and Decline

We reserve the right to authenticate and inspect any watch before completing a purchase or consignment. If a watch is found to be non-authentic, stolen, or not as described, we may decline the transaction and return the watch at your expense.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the Informal Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Use & Purchase.
