Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the watch is not as described.
Condition Requirements
The watch must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original accessories, box, and papers (where included).
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a misrepresentation of the watch's condition.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned watch. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Watches sold as 'final sale' or with explicit 'as-is' condition disclosure are not eligible for return.
